How far in advance should I book my trip?

F1 tickets and packages generally get sold out quite fast. So best to book 2-3 months before the race weekend. This allows you to get the best prices on the race tickets, hotel rooms, flight tickets, etc

Can I book just F1 tickets without the full package?

We specialize in crafting complete F1 experiences from the moment you leave home to the moment you return. Navigating an F1 race weekend by yourself can be a complex affair. But if you prefer DIY mode and just want the tickets, drop us a message and we will help you out on tickets.

What is included in the VIP F1 package?

Our F1 package includes F1 tickets, hotel stay (with breakfast) for the race weekend, and circuit transfers. Pitlane walks, guided circuit tours, paddock access, VIP Hospitality depending your package type. Airport transfers are optional. You do have the option to stay at a different hotel before and after the race weekend

Yes, we believe in providing you with the best experience at every race that you visit. Our race guides are quite comprehensive and provide all the details that you would need at the race track.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Yes, we do provide generous refund policy in case of cancellation of your plans. Please read our refund policy in the Terms and Conditions document

Do you provide packages only for F1?

While F1 is our main focus, we also offer MotoGP through our UK partners. If you have a specific event in mind, don’t hesitate to get in touch and let us know your dream destination. We will make it happen.

When will I receive my F1 Tickets

Tickets and Final Instructions will be sent shortly after they are released to us by the event organizer. Each organizer operates differently, meaning that for some events we receive tickets
months in advance, for other events we receive tickets as late as a week in advance. While we have no control over this it is perfectly normal.

What happens if the race gets cancelled or postponed?

We’ve got your back. You’ll get rebooking options, partial refunds, or credit toward any future Formula Racing Tours packages. You’re always covered.

What kind of hotels do you have in your package?

We partner only with the best hotels (Novotel, Hilton, Radisson, etc) around the world. All our hotels are either 4-star or 5-star category and are selected basis the proximity to the race track
and the premium facilities they offer.

Can I stay in a different hotel or with a friend during the race weekend?

We would prefer that you stay in the same hotel that is designated by us, so that we can provide you with a premium and hassle-free experience for the race weekend.

But for whatever reason if you would like to stay in a different hotel or at a friend’s place – in that case you can send us a request to purchase only F1 tickets.

Can I upgrade hotels or request extra nights?

Absolutely. We offer luxury hotel upgrades, early arrivals, or post-race extensions. Just mention your request when booking.

Why do I have to stay in the hotel that is picked by you for the race weekend?

We accommodate all our customers in the same hotel during the race weekend for 3 reasons:

Staying closer to the race circuit is of very important, as race day logistics and getting private transport can be a nightmare and very expensive if the hotel is far away
Managing logistics during the race weekend can become quite a harrowing experience for individuals. By staying in the same hotel we ensure that your pick up/drop from the circuit/hotel is smooth and timely. You don’t want to miss the start of the race, just because you couldn’t get an Uber.
We arrange for mixers at the hotel for all our customers who travel from different parts of the world to have a good time, and get to know each other during the race weekend

Are flights tickets included in the total price?

Flights are not included in the package price. All our F1 packages include racing tickets, hotel stays, and circuit transfers.

To offer better flexibility for travelers, you have the option to book your flight tickets directly with your favourite airline or airmiles. Please check the detailed "Inclusions" for each specific tour.

Will I get to attend any live concerts?

Yes, depending upon the race venue, there are live concerts that you can attend.

“I want to make it a special weekend for my girlfriend/wife/partner”. Can you help with that?

Absolutely, we love curating special and premium experiences for our customers. You name it and we will make it happen – from yacht parties to helicopter rides to a romantic candle light diner, etc.

Will I get to meet any F1 drivers or team mechanics during the race weekend?

If you buy the packages that have pitlane access or paddock access – you will get to meet and greet F1 drivers/team mechanics

Yes, depending your ticket type – you can get access to the VIP Hospitality zone to wine and dine with your friends or your colleagues/ customers.

Will someone assist me throughout the trip?

Yes. Our team is on ground with you from touchdown to takeoff, ensuring you feel guided, safe, and stress-free the whole time.

Will someone pick me up from the airport when I land?

Yes, if you book airport transfer with us, we will arrange for a private car to pick you up. You can also avail of any uber/local taxi services that are available at airport counters.

Will I be provided with any emergency contact details?

If you are experience any difficulties during the race weekend, you can call or email at the emergency contact details that will be provided in your Final Instructions document (provided
to you 1-2 weeks before you depart)

Are airport transfers shared?

No, all airport transfers will be private and will be 1 vehicle per booking.

What if I cannot find my driver?

Driver details can be found on your Final Instructions documents. If you cannot locate your driver, simply call the number listed in the Airport Transfers section of your Final Instructions document. Pls update your current and latest mobile number before your departure

Will you arrange transport from the hotel to circuit and back?

Yes, we specialize in arranging comfortable and timely coaches for all our race circuit destinations and that is included in your price

If I am staying with my friend, can I come to the race circuit directly?

Yes, you can come directly to the circuit. In that case, let us know in advance so that we don’t charge you for the circuit/hotel transfer

Whom can I get in touch with incase there are any last-minute changes or requests?

Your Final Instructions Document will contain the contact details for your on-ground support team

How will I know where to meet my driver?

Your Final Instructions document will contain your driver contact details and location on arrival.
